We will be carrying out security updates on our infrastructure. This maintenance is part of the upkeep of our servers and helps maintain a reliable environment for your services.
A gradual rollout
Applying these updates will require the affected servers to restart. We will work through the machines one at a time to limit simultaneous interruptions.
A few minutes of downtime
While a machine restarts, the services hosted on it will be temporarily unavailable. The interruption is expected to last a few minutes for each affected server.
If you are connected to a game server when the work begins, you will be disconnected and will need to wait before joining again.
What should you do?
You do not need to change your configuration. If your service becomes unavailable during maintenance, please wait a few minutes before trying to connect again. You can also check its status from your client area.
If the downtime lasts longer than expected or you experience a problem after the work is complete, contact BoxToPlay support and let us know which service is affected.
