Since our recent security maintenance for Minecraft, BungeeCord and Velocity servers, a monitoring issue caused incorrect alert emails to be sent for some servers.
Not every server was affected, but a number of instances may have been impacted. In those cases, incorrect alert emails may have been sent, and some servers may have shown unexpected behavior.
We have identified the issue, applied the required fix and updated the affected components. The situation is now back to normal.
If you recently received an alert email while your server appears to be running normally, that alert may be related to this incident. You can ignore it if your server is stable and your panel no longer shows an abnormal state.
We sincerely apologize for the unnecessary alerts, unexpected behavior and inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
