Network incident affecting Minecraft nodes
We are currently experiencing a network issue that is disrupting part of our Minecraft node infrastructure.
Affected servers may experience incomplete starts, disconnections, connectivity loss, or difficulty staying reliably reachable. Our team is continuously monitoring the situation to limit the impact for customers.
At this stage, the resolution depends on a third-party provider working on the affected network layer. The issue cannot be fixed solely from our own infrastructure, but we are working closely with their technical teams and sharing the information needed to speed up the diagnosis.
We know this type of incident can block access to your servers, and we are sorry for the disruption. We will publish another update as soon as we have clear confirmation about the return to normal or the progress of the intervention.
