Linux VPS Maintenance: security restarts in progress
A security maintenance operation is currently in progress on our Linux VPS infrastructure. It is being used to apply important patches on the hosting servers that run your VPS services and, for some servers, requires a planned restart.
The restarts are being performed progressively to limit the overall impact. During the intervention, an affected VPS may be unavailable for a few minutes, then come back online automatically once the hosting server has restarted and system services are back.
Even when the VPS itself comes back online, applications installed by customers do not always restart automatically. We therefore ask you to check your own services after your VPS is back: websites, bots, panels, game servers, databases, workers, containers, background tasks or systemd services.
If you use systemd, pm2, screen, tmux or an administration panel, please also check that your processes are running and that your ports respond normally. This helps avoid a service staying stopped while the VPS itself is online again.
If you notice an issue during or after this maintenance, you can restart the affected service from your VPS or contact us from the ticket page. Please include the affected VPS, the impacted service and what you are seeing.
