We would like to inform you that a hardware failure (hard disk) recently occurred on the server hosting your websites. Thanks to the RAID system in place, all of your data has been successfully recovered. However, this failure required us to perform a full migration to a new server.
As a result of this migration, the server’s IP address has changed. Therefore, all customers using a custom domain name with an A-type DNS redirection must update their domain to point to the new IP address, which you can find in your client area.
If your website is not displaying correctly, it is likely still pointing to the old IP address. Updating your A record will restore access.
